Your relatives can send you monetary gifts using their credit card, and the funds will be directly deposited into your bank account. Your special fund with gotVCU.com is as good as getting cash!
Your guests can easily send you cash gifts in any denomination using their credit Visa or Mastercard. gotVCU.com does not charge any fees for setting up your special cash fund; however, CyberSource does charge a low credit card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.65 for each cash gift you receive (so if someone sends you $100, you’ll get a total of $96.45 in your bank account after fees). Guests who choose to contribute to your Cash Gift fund will be asked to pay a one-time service and handling fee of $4.95 when they submit payment for your gift (this amount will not be deducted from the amount of cash you personally receive).
